PROPERTY MAPPING
A Drone Near Your Home? We'd Like to Explain.
If you’re here because you noticed one of our drones flying nearby, you’re exactly who we hoped to reach.
Seeing a drone over your neighborhood can naturally raise questions. Rather than leave you wondering, we’d like to tell you what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how we work to respect everyone in the neighborhood—not just the customer who invited us.

Why We're Here.
One of your neighbors has asked us to help improve the security of their home.
As part of our security services, we create a detailed aerial map of our customers’ properties upon request. It allows us to recommend better camera locations, identify lighting opportunities, plan emergency evacuation routes, helps with wildfire prevention, and more.
The drone is simply a measuring tool.
Think of it as the modern equivalent of an architect surveying a property before drawing the plans.
Most flights last less than 2 hours.
Your Privacy Matters.
Our mission is to map the property of the homeowner who hired us—not to observe neighboring homes or the people who live in them.
We don’t monitor neighborhood activity or use drones for surveillance.
Like any aerial photograph, neighboring homes may occasionally appear in the background of an image. Those images aren’t the purpose of the flight, nor are they analyzed or retained as information about your property.
Privacy is one of the reasons our customers hire us. We believe it should extend to everyone nearby.
How We Work Responsibly.
Every flight is carefully planned before the drone ever leaves the ground.
Our operators evaluate weather conditions, surrounding airspace, and the property’s environment before beginning work.
Flights are intentionally brief, professionally managed, and conducted in accordance with FAA regulations by our licensed pilots.
Our goal is simple:
Complete the work safely.
Finish efficiently.
Leave quietly.

Every Property Has a Story. The View From Above Helps Tell It.
Watching a drone map your neighborhood may have sparked a question: “What would it reveal about my property?”
The answer is often more than homeowners expect. An aerial assessment provides a perspective that’s difficult to appreciate from ground level. It can uncover opportunities to improve not only your home’s security, but also its safety, resilience, and preparedness.
From above, it’s easier to identify security camera blind spots, vulnerable access points, outdoor lighting that needs improvement, trees or landscaping that obstruct visibility, wildfire fuel concerns near structures, emergency access routes for first responders, and much more.
Many homeowners tell us they’ve lived on their property for years without noticing these opportunities—until they saw it from a completely different perspective. If you’re ever considering improving your home’s security, we’d be glad to provide the same professional assessment we performed for your neighbor.
If you’re interested in learning how aerial mapping can improve your home’s security, we’d be happy to provide a consultation.
